The new Culture Program is here to stay! It is well known that a strong corporate culture is the cornerstone of both a company's success and its employees. With the aim of promoting the development of a positive and encouraging work environment, Wizard proudly presents its new action.
"The Fellowship of Marketing Magic" represents an initiative aimed at fostering autonomy and responsibility among employees, thus promoting the success of the business. Inspired by the practices of Netflix's Chief Talent Officer, Patty McCord, and her book "Powerful: Building a Culture of Freedom and Responsibility," the program aims to create an environment that promotes collaboration, innovation and the development of individual and team dynamics.
Our company's Culture Program includes three main pillars:
1. Team Activities and Events: We promote interaction and relationship building among our team members through various activities such as team outings for meals/drinks or bowling days.
2. Volunteer Actions: We support participation in volunteer activities and social programs, promoting recycling and voluntary blood donation combined with 1 day off.
3. People Rewards: And of course, we recognize and reward the effort and dedication of our employees with reward and incentive programs, such as providing Ticket Restaurant vouchers.
