Content Marketing Copywriter (Full-time)
Daily Routine:
-Concept, brainstorm and strategize with creative partners to develop strong integrated campaigns and brand work across multiple platforms including social media, display,video.
-Create copy for a variety of audiences, including B2C, B2B and corporate campaigns
-Concept and execute short form content, digital campaigns, social media calendars, social ads, email touchpoints, direct response ads.
-Successfully communicate, present and pitch creative ideas and the strategic rationale behind them
-Stay on top of social and cultural trends to inspire creative solutions
-Create SEO optimized copies for landing pages/blog posts/backlinks
-Writing of On-page elements, for landing pages, based on the provided keyword research
-Writing of product page descriptions
-Perform basic proofreading/editing on copy, with strong attention to detail
Requirements:
-Previous agency experience is required
-BSc/BA
-Have a diverse portfolio of short form copy examples across channels (i.e. digital, print, email, social)
-Previous campaign experience
-Exceptional oral and written communication skills both in Greek & English
-Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
-Positive attitude, team player, multitasking, ability to perform under pressure

Digital Account & Project Manager
Daily Routine:
-Marketing consultant, responsible for strategic planning, direct communication with the client for requests, projects, visual arts and campaigns.
-Responsible for managing inbound prospect clients (sales, pitching & onboarding prospects).
-Projects, workload assignment and coordination of other teams, assignment of incoming requests to the respective department and presentation, management of feedback + approvals from clients
-Brief Creation for the creative team (design & Development)
-Finding new clientele through the business development program
-Monitoring agreed KPIs with Clients and responsible for keeping client’s satisfaction high
-Daily monitoring of analytics, sales performance and proposal of new tactics if necessary
-Produce weekly & monthly reports for clients
-Stay updated on new features, technologies etc.
-Be responsible for Office tasks: Phone, Invoicing/collections & Contracts/onboarding processes (new client / new employee etc)
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years proven prior experience (agency or client side) in managing complex Digital & Above the Line media accounts
BA or BS. MA or MS preferred
Knowledgeable and passionate about online advertising and ecommerce
Experience in Google’s properties, Google analytics, tag manager, data studio etc. Certifications will be considered as a plus
Experience with PPC campaigns, especially with Ads and Facebook and familiarity as to analyze management of such campaigns.
Experience with Above the Line advertising projects,able to organize and manage design,video ads projects and productions

Performance Marketing Manager
Daily Routine:
- Handle day to day activities for existing clients. Google Ads, Youtube and display advertising, Facebook, Instagram and other social media advertising platforms.
- Daily monitoring of analytics and sales performance and propose new tactics if necessary
- Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports for clients
- Present and execute full strategy plan to existing or potential customers
- Organize the department efficiently. Monthly reports to CEO
- Stay updated on new features, technologies etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years proven prior experience (agency or client side) in managing complex media accounts (Google Ads & Facebook)
- BA or BS. MA or MS preferred
- Knowledgeable and passionate about online advertising and ecommerce
- Experience in Google’s properties, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio etc. Certifications will be considered as a plus
