• Translate creative concepts into production-ready designs.
• Proactively generate digital concepts and creative ideas, visualise and present to the wider team.
• Design and build animated display and social banner campaigns using Bannerflow, WebFlow and AfterEffects.
• Design static website hero banners, CRM banners, web landing pages and after effect animations for social media digital banners.
• Design creative in print work (branded merchandise, direct mailers etc).
• Have a basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Can edit/ resize MP4 video/audio.
• Collaborate with other designers on digital campaigns.
• Pragmatically approach projects to ensure both creative and business needs are met.
• Regularly collaborate with our wider marketing teams.
• Keeping Project management team well briefed on current timings, status, and potential issues.
• Understand and work within the company's brand guidelines.
• Present to management.
• Attend monthly design/ marketing meetings.
• Produce internal and social media promotional materials.
• Review and QA assets and materials created by external agencies

Basic software requirements:

• Adobe applications; Photoshop / Illustrator / Animate / InDesign / After Effects / XD or Figma
• Microsoft 365 applications
• Trello project management experience
• WebFlow would be an advantage but not essential.
• Experience in using AI tools would also be desirable.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a design role.
• A strong portfolio displaying design skills and projects.
• Knowledge of design trends and principles.

• Τeam Leader of a group of hands on experts 
• Marketing consultant, responsible for strategic planning, developing and nurturing long-term customer relationships
• Be part of the team that manages inbound prospect clients (pitching & onboarding prospects). 
• Projects, workload assignment and coordination of other teams, assignment of incoming requests to the respective department and presentation, management of feedback + approvals from clients
• Brief Creation for the creative team (Design & Development)
• Monitoring agreed KPIs with Clients and responsible for keeping client’s satisfaction high
• Daily monitoring of analytics, sales performance and proposal of new tactics if necessary
• Produce weekly & monthly reports for clients
• Stay up to date on new features, technologies etc.

• Minimum of 3 years proven prior experience (digital agency side) in managing complex Digital & Above the Line media accounts 
• BA or BS. MA or MS preferred
• Knowledgeable and passionate about online advertising and ecommerce
• Ηαnds on experience in Google’s properties, Google analytics, tag manager, data studio, Google ads and Meta Ads etc. Certifications will be considered a plus.
• Working knowledge of Performance Marketing Strategies and Paid Digital Marketing Platforms and familiarity as to analyze management of such campaigns 
• Experience with Above the Line advertising projects,able to organize and manage design,video ads projects and productions
