SEO Specialist

Wizard is hiring a Junior SEO & AI Growth Specialist to join our team at the intersection of search, content, data, and next-generation AI workflows.

Main Responsibilities:

As part of our SEO team, you will support end-to-end execution across multiple client projects, helping shape visibility in both Google and emerging AI-driven search environments.

  • Support SEO strategy execution across client accounts (on-page, content, technical foundations)
  • Conduct keyword research, clustering, and opportunity discovery to drive qualified organic traffic
  • Assist with SEO audits and implementation roadmaps (crawlability, indexing, site structure)
  • Optimize content for search intent, internal linking, and performance-based outcomes
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and key SEO KPIs using GSC, GA4, and reporting dashboards
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
  • Stay current with algorithm updates, SERP evolution, and AI-powered search trends

AI & Modern Search (LLM Visibility):

We’re actively exploring how SEO evolves with generative AI. You’ll have exposure to workflows such as:

  • Using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini for SEO research, content ideation, and brief creation
  • Supporting optimisation for AI Overviews, conversational search, and next-gen SERP experiences
  • Experimenting with AI-assisted content systems while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand voice

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog
  • A solid understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and technical fundamentals
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus, not required)
  • Curiosity around AI, LLMs, and how they’re reshaping organic growth
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Confidence communicating insights clearly in a client-facing environment
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
